This series of cyanotypes is inspired by Tom Marioni’s FREE BEER (The Act of Drinking Beer with Friends Is the Highest Form of Art). For the project, I drink with friends and we share in conversation. We sit in the sun and rest our glasses on cyanotype paper as it exposes. The resulting images document the process. The name or names of participants become the title of each piece.
